We take pride in creating personalised gifts, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

However, due to the customised nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific circumstances.

Under UK consumer law, personalised items are exempt from the usual distance selling regulations that allow for returns and refunds simply because the customer has changed their mind.

Personalised Items

All our mugs are personalised and printed on demand according to your specifications. As each item is uniquely created for you, they cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Photograph the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  2. Contact Us: Email the photos, your order number, and a description of the damage to [Form] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Review and Response: We will review your information and, if the damage is confirmed, offer a replacement or a full refund, including postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items with misspellings or errors provided by the customer.
  • Items where the customer has changed their mind.
  • Any other non-damaged items.
